Description

60 minute, group yoga class. Great for practitioners of all levels, especially those who may be new to yoga. Classes focus on physical alignment, breath, and mental focus. Last Wednesday of the month is a gentle, feel-good stretchy yoga class. Blocks, blankets, and a strap recommended. Zoom link sent out 30 minutes before class. Waiver required to join.
