Not sure what yoga is all about? Haven’t exercised in years? Rusty joints?
Come as you are and show your mind, body, and spirit some love. Learn the basic poses of yoga in a low-key, slow moving intro class that is fun and accessible to students of all levels and capabilities.
Restorative yoga props you up so you can turn your focus inward. Poses are held for long periods of time utilizing bolsters, blocks, and blankets to allow relaxation throughout the body.
Beyond The Basics
Designed for those with prior knowledge of basic yoga poses. This class will include an intermediate vinyasa level flow to generate some heat and work on strength. Each class will focus on a specific aspect of the practice to challenge students to further explore and refine their experience on that mat.
Yoga therapy helps alleviate or manage the symptoms, experience, or effects of chronic illness or disease.
After an initial intake meeting, we will work to find a practice that works for you.
You will be given a short at-home practice to perform that is tailored to your specific needs.
This slow-paced class focuses on flexibility and breath work. Poses are passive and held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to relax and release. Great for those seeking to maintain or increase flexibility as a complementary practice to more active forms of yoga and exercise.
